I could not imagine ceasing to train. Even after transitioning to being Shannon, I had to keep hitting the gym. I just changed my workout to do more legs and stuff to have nice glutes. That’s the polite way of saying that I wanted to have a nice ass in my leggings lol. But, I still retain my big pecs. And now my tits are growing on top of them and above my 6 pack.
